- Packed & dispatched: We pack your order within 1-2 business days.
- In transit: A tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel ships.
- Delivered: Delivered to your address by the courier.
Estimated delivery times
- Standard: 3-5 business days — Most areas
- Regional: 5-8 business days — Rural & remote
- Express: 1-3 business days — Priority add-on at checkout
Estimates run from dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays.
